Client Service Officer – NSW Government | Newcastle $46.36 per hour + super | 4-month contract | Immediate start | Onsite
About the Role
Join a NSW Government team within to deliver high-quality customer service and manage estate and trust administration.
You’ll progress a caseload of ~50 matters, communicating proactively with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and ensuring timely outcomes.

  • Identify and solve issues using investigative and analytical skills
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Experience in legal or financial sectors is a plus but not essential
Location & Hours
  • Newcastle CBD –
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Fully onsite – no hybrid arrangements
