Apply: Settlements Manager

3 Month contract with a market leading ASX listed business based in the CBD. This is a process improvement focused contract role tasked with evaluating current processes and systems, identifying weaknesses and rectifying any issues. As such it requires someone with significant settlements experience able to demonstrate a history of managing process improvement projects.


Duties

  • Review departments current processes and procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate and secure settlement models through controlled changes to the models
  • Review of all Excel models to ensure formulas are protected and appropriate, accurate data source are used
  • Identify instances where Energy related trades are either invoiced, verified or confirmed incorrectly and change the process to ensure this isn't possible moving forward
  • Review and Recommend on changes of the Settlements policies and procedures

Experience

  • Extensive experience in a large corporate settlements team
  • Strong process improvement experience
  • Energy experience desirable
