Apply: Hospital/Healthcare Operation Planning Manager

Responsibility

Key driver to have oversight of the change management and collective strategic planning within the greenfield program in the healthcare facility and partners by building strong and sustainable relationships with these stakeholders.
Ensuring smooth and effective engagement, implementation and evaluation, in accordance with company's objectives and developed strategies.  The focus of the this program is to develop and ensure smooth operations across all function, driving care and finance transformation and digitalisation for integrated care and relationship based care. 
The scope shall include but not limited to driving the development of department/division strategies, developing plans and facilitating discussion to empower the business to implement the plans in line with care and finance transformation, resource acquisitions, internal/external stakeholder management as well as overseeing the execution with accountability for the approved milestones/budgets/timelines and in compliance with directions given from the top management.

Job Requirement

• bachelor degree qualification from a recognised university. Preferably with strategic planning, change management and/or design thinking experience.
• Preferably at least 10 years of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years involve leadership experience (equivalent level of Directorship). Preferably with healthcare background.
• Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, planning and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of change management and design thinking approaches are advantageous.
• Good project management skills.
• Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.
• Macro in perspectives and meticulous in implementation.
• Good analytical, planning, risk mitigation, perception management & agile project implementation skills.
• Good system-thinker with problem-solving skills in a dynamic and unstructured work environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Working experience and/or certifications in healthcare, change management, organisational development, value-based care will be advantageous.
