A large, well established global billion dollar group is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to recruit for their senior hires.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition processes and campaigns.
• Work with hiring managers, business units and the broader HR team to understand hiring needs and facilitate the selection process.
• Manage relevant sourcing channels effectively.
• Be accountable for reporting and highlighting challenges proactively.
• Keep abreast of market intelligence on human resources movements, competitor intelligence etc.
• Participate in projects to strengthen the talent acquisition capability of the organization.
• Supervise and manage a talent acquisition professional.

 
Skills/Experience:

• A Degree in a relevant specialization with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of In-house and external recruitment preferred experience.
• Proven experience in hiring senior roles across various functional and technical areas.
• Prior working experience in soft commodities, supply chain and manufacturing domains is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
