A Magic Circle Firm, known for their banking finance expertise, seeks a Senior Banking Lawyer to join their leading practice here in Singapore. They are known for their capability in handling complex financing mandates across Asia, with a particular focus on the emerging markets. They act for a diverse range of clients, from reputable international banks, to major corporate borrowers.

They advises on a broad range of banking finance matters from general banking (bilateral/syndicated loans), to structured & Islamic financing, leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate financing, as well as project financing matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for Finance Lawyers who are keen to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team in Asia.

Requirements:

6+ PQE, ideally gained from an International Law Firm
Excellent communication skills; ability to manage clients independently
Strong Technical Knowledge
