Our client who is a leading architecture firm is seeking a Design Architect in Singapore.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on space planning assignments, conceptual and schematic design, design development, design and tender documentation and construction site supervision.
  • Develop and execute design activities in accordance with project timelines.
  • Prepare and communicate presentations (using pptx or other media).
  • Coordinate with consultants, regulatory agencies, and other collaborators to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare designs adhere to local regulatory requirements.
  • Review shop drawing submittals and material samples.
  • Conduct site observations to monitor contractor’s construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Actively participate in design and site meetings to resolve issues.
  • Administer SIA, PSSCOC contract for construction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • Possesses 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
