Under the Business Management and Partnerships department, you will be part of the Insurance team and contribute to shape the regional insurance road map. This is a suitable opportunity for dynamic and entrepreneurial insurance professionals to join a like-minded team and be part of the journey in launching innovative products enabled via technology, in the Southeast Asia regional marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with senior leadership team, help shape the regional insurance road map and prioritise key insurance products (General Insurance and Life/Health) across targeted countries.
• Lead insurance product development from end-to-end, including conceptualisation of new product design, articulation and prioritisation of business requirements.
• Keep up to date with competitive landscape. clear view of the positioning of our products against competitors.
• Be involved in management of partnerships; negotiate with brokers and insurers on commercials and insurance policy terms and conditions.
• Participate in the design for entire user flow (from purchase to claims) and operational flow (e.g. settlement)
• Research insurance products and industry developments, including insurance products distributed online/digitally. 

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years relevant experience in Insurance industry.
• Bring current or previous experience in distribution or developing online insurance products and understand user journey.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian online insurance market would be good to bring into this role. 
• Strong understanding of insurance and underwriting result drivers. 
• Commercial and savvy , strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
