Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within and across Functional Groups and/or respective programmes. Processes include business processes and programme delivery processes.
Complete content build and testing of the system as guided/requested by stakeholders.
Explore new technology and its relevance to the businesses.
Be involved in programme management work areas including but not limited to conducting requirements analysis, functional testing, system implementation, end-user training and coordinating with appointed IT partners for on-going support to company users.
Track content build changes, issues and adoption status throughout the overall programme progress against committed goals with the assigned Functional Group.
Organizing, coordinating project/workgroup meetings, including scheduling, booking and preparing of rooms/virtual sessions, collating of meeting attendance, minutes taking and tracking matters arising for matters related to the assigned Functional Group.

Requirements:

A tertiary degree from a recognized university in IT
Healthcare/IT Business Analysts who take an interest in process improvement, value creation and/or programme management to provide support & improve healthcare.
Preferably 2-4 years of relevant working experience with project/programme management and/or business analysis in a healthcare/healthcare IT setting.
Candidates with clinical background (Nurses or Pharmacists) who are keen to explore on project management are welcome to apply
Excellent organizational, people management and communication skills, with attention to details
Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team
Ability to work on complex issues simultaneously
