A leading Australian financial services organisation is looking for a forward thinking technology leader to take their business though a fundamental technology transformation 
 
 
Description 
 
The main focus of this position is to provide technology leadership to transform their technology architecture
Leading a team of c.100 you will perform a thorough analysis of the current technology landscape before taking the business forward with a complete transformation of the technology architecture.
 
Accountabilities include
 
  • Complete ownership and accountability of the technology delivery from scope to delivery
  • Leading the current team of 100+ and hiring new team members
  • Defining the new architecture
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  
Profile
 
You will be a senior technology professional who has a genuine passion for enabling business though technology.
While Program management experience is needed, you will need to have progressed from a hands-on technical role.
Possessing a thorough understanding of new technology architecture, you will have previous experience of a full digital transformation within a large scale, complex financial services organisation.
Your communication skills will demonstrate a comfort dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from engineers to business leaders.
