Marketing Lead – Global Web3 Events Platform

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive the growth and brand strategy for a leading global Web3 events platform. This high-impact role will oversee all marketing, communications, and audience engagement initiatives across flagship conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple global events.
Strengthen brand positioning within the Web3 and digital innovation ecosystem.
Drive ticket sales, community engagement, and digital growth through data-driven campaigns.
Oversee owned channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.

Requirements:

7–10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in Web3, technology, or large-scale events.
Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, social strategy, and analytics.
Strong understanding of crypto or emerging tech communities preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Based in or open to relocating to Hong Kong (preferred) or Singapore.
