The Role:

Our client, a leading Safety Manufacturing Company, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a fast-growing company, responsible for enhancing the market position across Southeast Asia.

As a BDM, you will be a key driver of market expansion, and responsible for strengthening the market position, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and other assigned regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with new and existing customers, collaborating with marketing and sales support teams, and leveraging your market expertise to uncover new opportunities. You'll be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies and providing valuable insights into industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in business development, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional networking, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and business trends.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals.
• Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and client success.
