Flowline Engineering - Engineer

  • Awarded a 4 or 5 year technical degree in science or engineering. Will be actively licensed with a local engineering governing body where required by law.
  • Training in leadership, project execution, risk management, or quality.
  • 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry and 2 years of experience as Flowline Engineer.
  • Has a competent understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices.
  • Experience working in a related industry such as environmental, operations, maintenance, fabrication, or construction. Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
  • Perform and/or supervise the correct execution of sealine design and Installation analysis
  • Has the knowledge and the use of the available software for pipeline design and installation analysis.
  • Has the capabilities in design and analysis and Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase.
  • Has Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work.
  • Has Knowledge of main international Discipline standards. codes and regulations.
  • Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identity proper implementation actions.
  • Able to perform the correct execution of flowline design Mechanical Sizing Design and Global Analysis design.
  • Able to Interpretate correctly and apply Codes and standards to Flowline Global Analysis design
  • Able to Improve the knowledge and the use of the available software for pipeline design and analysis. Analysis using Abaqus (Finite Element software).
  • Has Capability In Flowline Global Analysis design shall include but not limited to: Thermal Expansion. Lateral Buckling Reliability Study Lateral Buckling Analysis and Mitigation Pipe Walking Analysis.
  • Proven experience in spool and jumpers design is an advantage.
  • to have Indonesian Passport.
