Personal Assistant to CEO – Top-tier FinTech MNC

HKD 600 – 800K depending on experience
Location: Hong Kong
Passionate to support executive in running a highly successful, fast-paced, high growth business

Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s schedule and itinerary; including rigorous travelling plans and arrangements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other C-suites, executives, business leads etc.
Support on CEO’s personal business and matters, including household staff and properties (eg. Drivers, Yaht crew and maintenance etc.)
Support with executive assistant duties on business events and initiatives
Be ready to problem solve in ad hoc situations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above education
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Experience in supporting senior executives in established organisations
Familiar with personal and executive assistant’s duties
