I am currently looking for a Senior MSL for a Medical Device business to oversee the Singapore market.
 
It's a senior role within the organization at a senior manager level.
 
Why would you be interested then? Well, this is a well-known company and brand and it is about to go through a huge change which is going to be very positive for them as a business which you will be helping to lead from the Medical Affairs perspective. The MA function will dramatically increase in importance within the organization with potential team expansion opportunities.

 
The Senior MSL will be responsible for:
 

• Strengthen market leadership by serving as a key clinical/scientific resource to key opinion leaders and advocates.
• Provide expert support for Investigator Initiated Studies and Publications planning, building a positive reputation within and outside the company for significant contributions to science or medicine.
• Support the development of professional relationships by engaging in scientific exchange to benefit customers and patients.
• Represent the company at professional meetings and events, utilizing advanced project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and programs with a focus on strategy, planning, execution, and communication.

 

The Senior MSL will be/have:
 

• Doctoral or terminal degree in a relevant biomedical science, health profession or related field.
• Surgery experience ideally or familiar with surgical products as MSL
• Experience in KOL, HCP or medical community engagement
