Rate: $40/hour + Super
Type: Contract – 6 Months (with possible extension)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Brisbane Based)
Reports To: Executive Assistant / Executive Team

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Junior Administrative / Personal Assistant to support our clients Executive Assistant and executive leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level operations within a global organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar and meeting coordination, including scheduling and logistics
  • Monitor and manage communications (email and phone), ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Assist with preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Support travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Help with reconciliation and submission of monthly team expense reports
  • Maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval
  • Organise virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
  • Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring task completion
  • Provide support in the planning and coordination of internal events and meetings
 
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably at the manager or executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Professional and reliable, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
