This is a mid-tier accounting firm specializing in accounting, advisory, tax, audit, insolvency and corporate finance. There is over 200 staff in their Sydney office and they are one of the top accounting firms in Australia.

The Role

As a result of a surge in demand from their ultra HNW clients an opportunity has arisen for an experienced family office director or partner to join the firm in an equity position. You will lead a newly created family office division which will service ultra-wealthy clients:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the family
  • Manage complex financial affairs
  • Assist with mergers & acquisitions
  • Advise on investment/ wealth retention
  • Assist with the family’s philanthropic interests
 
The Person
  • Experience working in a family office or consulting with ultra-wealthy private clients
  • Proven track record in leading teams and identifying, training and retaining talent
  • Collaborative style of working
  • Advanced stakeholder management
  • Ability to add value to clients through innovative solutions and advice
  • Strong business development and track record of winning new clients
