Apply: Corporate Development Analyst / Associate

Responsibilities:

• Work on high-priority corporate development projects – quantitative and qualitative evaluation of potential investment opportunities and large-scale projects across Southeast Asia
• Work along the senior management, C-suite, head of team to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams.
• Conduct financial analysis, modelling, due diligence & valuations to assess / support acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders
• Regular sector research on industry and private companies, be updated on trends and market news/ information
• Business intelligence, & evaluation and execution of new business ventures
• Develop network internally and externally with various stakeholders

 
Job requirements: 

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in existing corporate development / corporate finance / Big 4 advisory teams (Open to all sectors, NO sector experience needed, generalist candidates are welcome to apply). Budget is stated at the top of the advertisement.
• Be part of a high performing team, and exciting growth phase of the company
• Ability to do technical stuff such as financial modelling, or if not, have a good learning attitude to learn fast. Good work attitude is of high importance to this role
