Apply: Regional Operations Manager (Water/Wastewater/Environment)

An international environmental engineering company is expanding their main team in Singapore and are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to be part of their team. You will play a key role in the company's plans for growth in the APAC region which will have a direct impact on their sales team and global revenue. This is a great opportunity to showcase both your engineering capabilities as well as people management/leadership abilities.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Work well with the Management and Sales team to ensure workshops and warehousing activities run smoothly
• Lead a team of 15-20 engineers under you to ensure management’s goals and objectives are met
• Carrying out regional commissioning and troubleshooting for the equipment/applications
• Achieving workshop productivity with zero under absorption
• In-charge of ISO requirements and OHSAS

 
Key Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, coming from the Water, Wastewater, Environment background is a bonus
• Strong understanding of Industrial Machinery Equipment, with min. 10years of experience
• Able to travel 20-30% of the time in S.E.A
• Understanding of SAP
• Able to manage a multi-faceted team of 15-20 engineers
