Our Client is a leading international technology MNC seeking to make its first APJ Counsel here in Singapore to join their dynamic commercial sales team. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses strong software licensing negotiation experience and knowledge across different commercial scenarios. This is an exciting opportunity for career development and growth.

You will have:

6-10 years of relevant software licensing experience
Experience managing and negotiating multi-jurisdictional commercial IT transactions, including SaaS, distribution and other services agreements
Familiarity with matrix reporting structures
Providing practical solutions while working with the business
General corporate commercial skillsets on BAU matters
