One of the industry’s largest Fund Administration servicers is searching for a Singapore-based Senior Associate for its Middle Office function, providing support for trade operational issues and serving as the main contact point for clients within the fund sector (hedge funds, asset management firms, etc).
 
You’ll be booking and maintaining new trades and amendments (OTC and Listed instruments), reviewing term sheets and electronic/long confirmations, and resolving OTC trades and settlements on behalf of clients. The candidate will also be expected to prepare client reports and review and complete trade, position and cash reconciliations.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent from a good University, plus a minimum of 3 to 4 years in middle and back office roles. Working experience with OTCs and complex instruments is highly advantageous, such as FX, fixed income, bonds, prime brokerage etc.
