Our client is an award-winning global human resources consultancy. To strengthen their growing business in Singapore, they are looking for talent to join them on a consulting assignment as Manager – Organisation, Skills and Workforce Transformation

The role and responsibilities:

Lead the engagement in organization design, skills and workforce transformation
Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team

Qualification:

6+ years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains
Exposure to working in the areas of Organization Design, Skills and Workforce Transformation, building upskilling plans and strong project management
Supported consulting and products sales
