My client is a well known global organisation who is seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their Sydney in-house team.


Description 

The core focus of the role is provide legal advice on acquisition and development agreements, joint ventures, project financing and leasing agreements.
You will be required to draft, review, prepare and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, conduct due diligence, analyse and identify legal risks and implications for the business.
It will also involve building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders


Profile

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a minimum of 5-8 years PQE gained in-house or within a mid or top-tier law firm, across general property matters. You will also possess strong negotiation and project management skills. Have superior communication skills and the ability to provide strategic outcomes.
