An opportunity has arisen for a Junior HR Business Partner to join the team, based 5 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD.

This entry level HR Business Partner will provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice and help deliver people initiatives aligned to business unit needs. Partnering with the Head of the business function, you will work closely with the leader and management team to support day-to-day people matters, assist with implementing HR programs, and contribute to projects that improve team performance and engagement.
 
The role reports to the Head of HR, working peer with other HR Business Partners and supported by an internal Talent Acquisition team and HR Coordinators. This role offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities, including talent engagement, succession and development, employee relations and change initiatives, while building strong relationships across the business. You will gain valuable experience working alongside senior HR leaders and stakeholders, supporting the company’s ongoing growth intentions and continued success.  

The successful candidate will be a  talented HR Advisor or developing HR Business Partner with experience in HR advisory/  business partnering ideally gained in a service oriented and fast-paced environment such as FMCG, professional services, retail or hospitality sectors. You will bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships will be essential. The role is based 5 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, with access via public transport. There is also nearby free parking on site.
