Client Details

Our client is an innovative and dynamic law firm with a reputation for delivering consistently high quality, pragmatic legal advice.  Made up of a number of market leading partners, this firm has developed an enviable client base and a thriving Corporate practice.  Due to growth, our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their team. 
 
Description

Working closely with the partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex corporate matters including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, structuring/restructuring and commercial contracts.  The client base includes prominent listed companies, major private companies, high net worth individuals and investors.
 
This role would particularly appeal to an associate/ senior associate from a top tier or a mid-tier firm who is seeking to take the next step in a dynamic and agile environment.  Clear partnership progression exists for senior candidates. 

Profile
 
With 4-10 years’ PQE as a Corporate lawyer, you have strong drafting and technical skills, a commercial, client focused approach and a desire to continue to build your practice in this area.
