The Project Support Officer with ICT Procurement skills will be responsible under general direction for provision of procurement and logistic services that enable the efficient delivery of sustainment and deployment projects in the Technology Services Branch.
 
Major Responsibilities:
  1. Draft and review procurement documentation.
  2. Procure supplies and services for sustainment activities and projects, in accordance with Commonwealth procurement policies, procedures and rules and large complex government department Procurement processes.
  3. Arrange travel and freight in support of sustainment and projects.
  4. Participate in preparation of equipment for shipping in support of sustainment and projects.
 
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 12-month contract terms.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
