We are seeking for a Senior Consultant, Data and Analytics to join a leading and growing international insurance risk management and consulting firm. This position will be based in Singapore and present global/regional exposure. To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent communication and presentation skills, previous consulting and/or FP&A experience, and demonstrate enthusiasm in working with, translating data sets into actionable insights. 
 
What will you do: 

• You will deliver value-added insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making for business planning, account management and operational process changes.  
• This includes conducting presentations, translating data into insights for targeted and segmentation strategies  
• You will engage with global senior leaders and engage with external consultants to identify, articulate and translate business problems into solutions.  
• Participate in multiple country led projects. You will own 2-4 countries and be responsible for project management initiatives to ensure delivery of results.  
• You will need to understand new data-sets, reconcile reporting and cleanse data. Be involved with development of new analytical tools.  

 
What we are looking for: 

• Degree Holder. Ideally in the following fields of Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related. 
• Demonstrate at least 3+ years' experience in business analytics consulting or financial planning & analysis roles.  
• Previous experience in Big 4 consulting firms would be advantageous.  
• Keen interest in consulting and using data & analytics to change organizational behavior 
• Able to multi-task, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, with good prioritization skills 
• Coding (Python/SQL) and the ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be advantageous. 
• Occasional international travel in the future may be required.
