The Organisation:

A thriving foreign bank in Australia is looking for a self motivated credit or finance junior with 1-3 years of working experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector. You will receive training on corporate & institutional credit administration whilst applying your finance knowledge into commercial practice. 
 

Responsibilities:

1. Loan Administration
  • Loan administration with internal system, which include but not limited to drawdown operation, loan repayment, fee collection, outward remittance, limit validation, etc.
  • Monitor all kinds of loan information reports in system according to Agent Bank Notice.
  • Update cash flow report which is shared within Treasury, LAT and Trade Finance.
  • Maintain proper communication with Agent Bank to obtain credit information in a timely manner.
  • File keeping of original agreements.
  • Prepare loan reports for related party reference.
  • Actively cooperate with internal and external auditors.
2. Settlements
  • Handle SWIFT payments and confirmation.
  • Handle AUSTRACLEAR and RITS payments, CommBiz payment.
  • Loan settlements, payments and follow-up receipts.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Law or Business related.
  • At least 2 years working experience in financial institution, preferably in a credit, finance or accounting function.
  • Sound knowledge of banking industry & SWIFT operation.
  • Self organised and motivated operator with high level of independence and integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Simplified Chinese - spoken and written.
