Our client is a Singapore based financial technology company who is a leader within the digital asset trading industry. Headquartered here in Singapore, they have a global clientele base and have established strong partnership with some of the world’s leading cryptocurrencies firm. They are continuously on an expansion and growth mode. As part of their strategic growth, they are looking for a legal counsel to join their team to provide legal advice to the CEO and working closely with the business as they continue to scale.
 You must:

• Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university; Admission to the Singapore Bar (4-6 PQE)
• In-depth knowledge of financial services/products (including but not limited to spot and derivative OTC trading, margin management; prior experience in preparing new products (custody process)
• Financial markets regulatory experience, managing commercial trading agreements (ISDA, CSA and NDAs)
• Subject matter on regulatory prescriptions, MAS regulations

Familiarity on contracts/agreements with SaaS providers and other vendors
