Our Client is a multi-industry conglomerate seeking to hire an experienced corporate and transactions lawyer who has industry knowledge in renewable and energy sectors. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be the most senior corporate and transactions counsel managing and handing M&A transactions.

The Role

You will:

Min 15-20 years of PQE (Admitted to SG Bar) with relevant experience in energy, power or utilities
M&A experience in energy/renewable sectors – to manage and handle M&A transactions
Drafting and negotiating a range of project finance and related matters
Draft, review and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, which include utilities, waste water, gas, power purchase agreements and EPC agreements.
Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment
