Responsibilities:
• Participate in and support project execution across all phases, including planning, design, procurement, contracting, and construction.
• Manage communication with external clients and internal teams regarding offshore wind procurement, contract execution, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective task allocation, project management, and schedule control.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, HVAC, or Fire Safety.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in the wind power industry.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset; PMP certification or a Professional Engineering License are a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Highly responsible, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
