Senior Sales Consultant (HR Advisory)

An exciting opportunity to join the sales team of an HR consultancy firm
Develop business with new customers selling workforce transformation support services across leadership, change management, workforce engagement and career transition
Implement sales plans to promote growth

Main Responsibilities

Deliver against sales targets of generating new business and further developing existing accounts.
Build and maintain bid response processes and implement processes to support sales best practices.
Ensure all systems and processes are adhered to.
Work with department heads to find both tactical and strategic solution opportunities to expand the company’s brand perception and footprint

Requirements

Prior experience in a sales role requiring both hunting and farming.
Prior experience working within the HR industry will be highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In depth knowledge of the company’s programs and services and the ability to articulate them in sales communication.
