  • SGD70-125k per annum base *Non-negotiable, please apply only if comfortable, lower range applies for Analysts 2 or 3, higher range would apply for Associate 1-3.

Responsibilities
  • Work with deal principals, deal team members and other deal participants to provide all execution support necessary to bring a deal to financial close.
  • This execution support encompasses financial modelling, deal structuring, credit analysis, helping with internal approval process and documentation. Networking with deal parties, and working closely with other product units, including Credit, Syndications, Corporate Finance M&A, Legal and local client managers is required.
  • Conducting periodic credit reviews and assisting with portfolio maintenance / monitoring activity as required.
  • Financial modelling, analytical skills, technical analysis and numerical accuracy is a huge mandatory point for this role, industry experience is highly advantageous but not a must
  • Working on other adhoc requests as required by Deal Principals and the Team Head on various deal or client related matters.
  • Working closely with deal principals in developing marketing material and providing origination support. You should maintain a current view of recent transactions, market benchmarks, economic and industry trends, and other relevant research. Marketing materials include pitch books, industry reports, comparative tables and league tables as well as a recent list of the bank’s credentials
  • Helping achieve team revenue targets, achieve cross-sell.

Prerequisites
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree holder in Business/Finance or other relevant disciplines
  • At Least 2-4 years of investment banking/ Corporate finance / Debt financing (project, acquisition, structured finance, leveraged finance) experience
  • Strong financial analysis capability and good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Structuring, Credit & deal execution
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
