Corporate Secretary – 6 to 12 month contract

An Energy and Infrastructure company with a large presence in Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Corporate Secretariat professional on a 6- to 12-month contract basis.

In this role, you’ll ensure strong corporate governance, compliance and alignment with statutory obligations and industry standards. You will manage corporate governance for entities across offshore jurisdictions and play a key role in company restructuring projects, including share transfers, capital adjustments, mergers, and liquidations. In addition, you will prepare and maintain statutory records, coordinating with regulators and legal advisors, and supporting governance for joint ventures and subsidiaries.

The successful candidate must have strong experience in offshore jurisdictions with proven expertise in managing complex corporate structures, including cross-border entities and joint ventures. You will be ACIS/CSIS certified (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience with working knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance.
