FCC Manager – Global Financial Services Firm

The Role
My Client is a global Financial Services firm and we are looking for a FCC Manager in SG. Reporting up to the Head of Compliance, you will be leading a lean team in Singapore and will be responsible for all Financial Crime and AML related matters.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all FCC Compliance policies and framework within the business
Implement and enhance the AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related
Monitor any high risk transactions and perform Risk assessments for the business
Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the FCC policies are in line with laws and regulations
Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in a FCC Compliance role.
Experience in a regulated financial services firm
Strong working knowledge of best practices in Financial Crime
Ability to lead a lean team
Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
