Insurance Consultant (New Biz Model / Leads provided by Bank / High Comms Scheme)

The Insurance Consultants will be fully support by the resources of the Bank which includes:

High volume (300+) of qualified warm leads provided monthly, generated from the Bank's advanced digital AI tools and engagement with existing customers.
High commission scheme (close to agency) paid on a monthly basis with quarterly bonus.
Earning potential of $15,000 and more per month for average performers and above.
Ipad, laptop and mobile phone with access to the Bank's best-in-class digital analytical and financial planning tools.
Able to book meeting rooms at any branches island-wide for appointments.
Flexible-working hours to plan your day around your appointments with clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in Financial Planning and Insurance Advisory.
Certified in CMFAS or the relevant certifications.
Passionate and driven to be successful in this role helping clients achieve their financial goals.
