Client Details
Our client is one of the largest energy networks in Australia, responsible for the distribution and operation of electricity. They are going through a large transformation across the organisation and this role sits in a brand new team within the company. They have a sustainable focus committed to planning for the future.
Description
As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will working closely with the materials planner ensuring all parts and product service and life cycle is executed and delivered.
Order fulfilment management and liaising with key suppliers
Support management of key resources, finances, fleet management and IT resources
Data integrity within systems matching physical inventory
Provide clear commuication and guidance to all internal and external stakeholders for all reclamation process
Ensure all reclamation, disposal and sale of excess and reusable materials and assets is carried out following the correct process
Resolve all complex inventory issues within the network in a timely manner
Identify and reccomend opportunities for continuous improvement within reclamation and contract admin process
Profile
Excellent Microsoft skills and SAP
Contract experience managing supplier performance
Strong administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with variety of stakeholders
Problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
Able to provide initiative and continous improvement to improve systems and processes\
Customer service skil
Tertiary qualifiactions or experience in similar role
Experience in distribution and reclamation environment
