Compliance Manager – SGX Listed / REITs

The Role:
My Client is a leading REIT listed on the SGT, and we are looking for a Compliance Manager to be based in Singapore. You will be given the autonomy to run the Compliance polices and framework across the region, and work with Global teams on all Compliance related issues in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Oversee any new Compliance policies and processes across SG
Provide Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
Ensure that any new processes are in line with the MAS and HKMA
Work with the global Compliance team and elevate the Compliance standards for the Asia business.
Design Compliance training program and be the point of contact for any Compliance related issues in Asia.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
5 to 10 years of Compliance experience – with REITs experience
Ability to liaise with MAS and regulators in the region.
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
