Apply: Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Focused

Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts with strong regulatory experience to work on a range of business programs.  The contract opportunities are initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven end to end experience who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to teams that deliver products and services (on/off shore).  You will have the experience to address business focused regulatory  projects against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
Project examples could include enhancements and orginiation of optimizatiion, service modelling, operational models and continual improvement.

Experience required for this role include:

8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking organisation with strong regulatory and compliance project experience
Diverse stakeholder management and engagement
Ideally experience across Optimizatiion, Service Modelling or Operational Models.
Working with multiple technology systems and streams
Process mapping and modelling
Working with on/off shore development and testing teams
Experience in Agile
Ideally from a financial services background
