Manager: Chief Technology Officer

Role Purpose:

To organise and prioritise a wide variety of Technology initiatives with associated complex issues and information management for the CTO, to facilitate efficient decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination, tracking and monitoring of key projects and deliverables across the entire technology function
Sitting on company committees and steering groups to track progress and report on performance of key deliverables and projects
Project management of internal R&D and Engineering department projects, being the voice of the CTO where needed
Organise and prioritise a wide variety of technical development projects to ensure they hit key milestones
Provide project execution plans, working with the company central PMO to own project schedules, performance, status reports, presentations, resource plans, budgets, meeting schedules, charts, and notes which allow the CTO to make effective and efficient decisions
Build trusted and credible working relationships both internally and external to the company, whilst acting as a liaison between other department leaders, key customers, and vendors
Identify and escalate key issues and challenges which prevent your projects from progressing
Integrate all technical functions of Carbon Clean ensuring they are aligned with company road maps

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and a drive to grow and develop within the Company. To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following knowledge, experience and skills:

Successful technical operations project management experience
Demonstrable experience of driving project excellence in ambiguous and changing circumstances
Working effectively with globally dispersed teams
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, and or engineering preferred
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Very strong project management and planning skills
Excellent organisational skills
Strong technical and engineering competence
Ability to work effectively as a team and be a “good customer” to internal stakeholders
