Client Details

 
Our client is an innovative property advisory company with offices across Australasia. Due to growth, a new vacancy has arisen for a legal counsel with a background in corporate/commercial law to join their collegiate legal team.


Description

 
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, your role will be broad including drafting, revising and negotiating various contracts, advising on corporate matters including governance and compliance as well as advising stakeholders on a range of operational legal matters including construction, property, employment, intellectual property and litigation.


Profile

 
With 3-6 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law from a top tier, mid tier or reputable boutique firm, or alternatively in house, you are commercially astute, pragmatic and flexible.  You are keen to move to an in house role in which you can partner with the business on commercial matters and become a trusted advisor.
