Responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure all Automation System and Servers are compliance to IT requirement.
Responsible to provide support on the Automation System. To attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns.
To perform routine preventive maintenance as per scheduled by maintenance planner.
Responsible to update and create Job Aids as and when is needed.
Responsible to carry instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
Responsible to perform backup and restore machine program.
To execute work order and record job performed via Maximo System.

Requirements:

ITC/ Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma from Control/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines
3 years of experience working in pharmaceutical/nutritional/food/beverage manufacturing facility and automation food processing plant is preferred.
Strong knowledge in control system.
Ability to perform troubleshooting and work on difference types of PLC programming language (Siemens Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS Logix 5000/500, B&R automation).
Experience in SCADA/HMI System: GE Proficy iFix, Proficy Batch, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk
Experience in Packaging system: ABB Robotic, B&R automation
Must be able to interpret Electrical drawings and P&ID diagram
Familiar with PLC control component, ability to carry out hardware replacement and minor software modification.
