Client Details

A prestigious and reputable organisation operating within the education sector, our client is seeking to appoint a hard-working and competent candidate into the team on a short-term basis to assist with a HR project. 


Description 

The HR Administrator will support the Director of HR with report generation and will support the broader HR team with contracts generation and general data maintenance, with the responsibilities as follows:
  • Insert staff data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Generate reports using MS Excel, generate presentations using MS PowerPoint, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Profile

To be successful in this application:
  • You will be a competent HR Administrator with at least three years experience or competent PA with HR experience
  • You will be able to commit to this assignment on the Eastern Suburbs for the next three weeks
  • You will have a demonstrable track record working within a fast-moving team environment
  • You have strong organisational skills and tier one communication skills
