Job Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing, originating and execution of private equity investments through the full cycle.
• This includes leading initial screening, detailed financial analysis, analyzing investment opportunities, modelling evaluation, approvals, negotiation of terms, growth strategy analysis
  - Focus on the above sectors, in consumer/ healthcare/ pharmaceutical/ life sciences/ retail
  - Maintain active dialogues, networking with various parties to facilitate deals and investment opportunities
• Work closely with other senior partners and members on strategy and negotiations
• Monitoring and sending out regular performance letters on portfolio performance, other impacts of the portfolio etc.
  - Develop and maintain tools and systems supporting investment decision-making and portfolio management
• Leading teams to engage with various stakeholders, mentoring and coaching junior members of the team

  
Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• 10-15 years of relevant experience ideally in investment banking / PE / Management consulting and focusing on the above sectors only. Deal experience/ contacts / network in above sector(s) is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team based environment, family culture, small team
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
