Multi-Skilled Operators – FIFO from Any Capital City

Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a Tier 1 Mining company located near Weipa in Far North Queensland. This is a major capital mining infrastructure project building new tailing dams and haul roads. FIFO roles from any capital city.

We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled Operators with strong construction backgrounds and a commitment to safety. If you have experience operating scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, moxy haul trucks, moxy water carts, and excavators.

What’s on Offer:

$60 - $70 per hour + superannuation

FIFO from any capital city, paid travel

2:2 or 2:1 roster, departing from any capital city

Full camp accommodation and meals included

Monthly bonus scheme

Work with a Tier 1 mining company in a supportive, safety-driven team

About the Role:

Operate a variety of mobile plant in a large-scale construction mining environment

Follow all site and company safety procedures

Collaborate with dispatch and other operators to maintain efficient workflow

What You’ll Need:

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting

Valid RII tickets for applicable machines

White Card

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
