Looking for a Head of Facilities Engineering for a new build pharmaceutical plant here in Singapore.

Who doesn’t like starting from the beginning? A chance to set things up how you like them, build out a team of your own people and actually see the results of your labour at the end of it, is far better than having to make do with what’s already there.

It’s going to be a challenge to start with it all project related – EPCM oversight, installation, and C&Q work and then it’s business as usual (well as BAU as it can be for starting up a brand new facility).


The Head of Facilities Engineering will:

• Manage the site engineering team responsible for HVAC, water, electrical, and other utilities. Ensure that site utilities and facilities are in good working condition to support site operations.
• Lead team to continuously improve system and equipment reliability by PM, routine maintenance and condition monitoring, and improvement project.
• Provide ongoing development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in compliance, technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to support the site’s continuous improvement efforts.

The Head of Facilities Engineering will be/have:

• At least 15 years of engineering experience, > 5 years at engineering FACILITIES & UTILITIES lead
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
