A well-performing regional bank is looking for a Relationship Manager at VP/SVP level to join their growing Corporate Banking team.


As a senior RM in the team, you will manage a small team of junior RMs and ensure that clients are serviced well across all Corporate Banking products. You will work with your team to deliver results, interacting with business partners and stakeholders including sales and other teams like the Product and Structuring Subject Matter Expert to maximize share of wallet. While this is a farmer role, as a team lead you need to be driven and be able to hunt when necessary. The key clienteles are within the Real Estate sector.


The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10-12 years experience Corporate Banking and must have exposure servicing large local corporate clients (Singapore). You will need to come from a strong credit background and be able to put through credit papers. This is a high performing team seeking a self-starter and someone with very strong communication skills to deal with large local clients. Real Estate coverage is a huge plus. A solid foundation and understanding of corporate banking products will be a pre-requisite.
