Our client is a big firm without the attitude.  They are seeking a driven 5 – 7 PAE Corporate Lawyer to join a friendly & collegiate team in Brisbane.  Working on big matters within small teams you will have hands-on experience and the ability to develop your own interests and areas of expertise.
The role would suit a career driven Associates or Senior Associates who is passionate about their work & looking to make a step-up career wise.
Join the Corporate (Equity Capital Markets) team.  Reporting to two energetic, technically excellent and highly respected Partners, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of high quality matters including:

• Public and private capital raising;
• M&A – including takeovers and schemes of arrangement;
• General governance and corporate matters.

You will act for a variety of clients including multinational corporations, ASX listed companies and early stage companies with high growth potential, spanning technology, telecommunications, life sciences, financial services and fintech, plus an exciting array of other cutting edge industries.
