Client Details:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team on a 7-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with billing processes including proforma preparation, e-billing submissions, and handling invoice-related queries
  • Monitor and post daily bank transactions, manage payments, petty cash, and prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Review and process supplier invoices and staff expense claims using Chrome River; maintain payee records in Elite 3E
  • Produce monthly client statements and support credit control by resolving invoice queries
  • Provide support on ad hoc financial analysis and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and practice management systems (preferably Elite 3E), with solid numerical and technical capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient in managing workload, resolving queries, and collaborating across teams
  • Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to support others and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
