Join a leading international advisory and consulting group as  Sales Manager, Voluntary Benefits.  In this role, you will be part of the sales and business development team based in Singapore. You will be responsible for championing activities to ensure clients engage our Voluntary Benefits Solutions. Internally you will collaborate with local and regional Health Solutions teams to achieve growth targets and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute annual sales business plan for Singapore market, prepare client pipeline to onboard clients and meet yearly targets and revenue growth.
• Work together with internal business stakeholders across local and regional teams to effectively drive client conversations and feedback.
• Engage with HR clients and C-suite level stakeholders on training, value propositions and support the delivery of clients' onboarding requirements.
• Assist with implementation of marketing plan to drive targeted client initiatives and activities.
• Deliver creative solutions during deal negotiations and identify new business opportunities aligned to clients’ needs and gaps.

Key Requirements: 

• University degree, marketing or business-related discipline would be desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience sales, marketing and business development roles within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrate proven track record in achieving sales objectives and targets.
• Experienced in developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Singapore insurance market.
• Experience in developing and executing successful sales & marketing plans.
• Understanding of Singapore health & benefits client network.
• Excellent at presentation and communicating to C-suite stakeholders.
