A Virtual Bank in Hong Kong is looking for an Operational Risk Manager to be based in Hong Kong to be part of a growing international risk and compliance team supporting on operational risk matters. To succeed in this role, you need to have detail-oriented and adaptable to the Virtual Banking environment. Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills are necessary in this role to effectively provide advise to the business.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Developing internal control systems
• Identifying internal control deficiencies and issues and providing recommendations on resolving it
• Setting up business continuing plan and ensuring fraud risk is managed
• Reviewing business processes and business activities to assess and mitigate risks

You will have:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in the Big 4, banks or internet / technology companies
• Able to work under pressure
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
